We Ship 99% of orders the same day or next working day.

If you have placed a large order or we are very busy it may take us 1-2 days longer to ship as all items are printed on order.

Any shipping estimates given are from when the item is despatched not at the time of ordering and are estimates not guarantees.

We do not guarantee delivery dates as this is down to the courier not us but we do send orders as fast as we possibly can.

If you require a banner for a certain date we recommend ordering with at least 2-3 days to spare to avoid disappointment due to any possible delays that may arise, As we do not guarantee a delivery date refunds or cancelations will not be accepted because your order is late, we do ship everything as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for missed deadlines when the courier has suffered a delay.
