Returns policy

Our return and refund policy is for non custom printed products only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Custom personalised items such as banners that are not predesigned by us are non returnable and cannot be cancelled once the printing process has begun.

statutory rights and custom made/personalised items notes:
1. Time for delivery of goods
Unless agreed otherwise it is the retailers responsibility to deliver the goods that they have sold to a customer. If you do not agree a delivery time a retailer must deliver the goods without undue delay and certainly no later than 30 days from the day after the contract was made.
If no time frame is agreed for delivery, the Consumer Rights Act says retailers must deliver your item within 30 days of your order. This also applies to goods bought face-to-face.

2. Most but not all online orders can be cancelled, for example bespoke or personalised items can't be,

There are some orders where you won't have the right to cancel.

These include items that are bespoke or personalised, goods likely to deteriorate rapidly, or where the seal is broken on CDs, DVDs and computer software.

They also include goods with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons that's been broken.

3. You automatically get a 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ when you buy something you haven’t seen in person - unless it’s bespoke or made to measure.

The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order, and there doesn’t need to be anything wrong with the item for you to get a refund.

You won’t get a cooling-off period when you buy:

  • something that deteriorates quickly - like flowers or food
  • an item that was personalised or custom-made for you
  • anything from a private individual rather than a business
  • a CD, DVD or software, if you break the seal on the wrapping
